HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?

For all PC Diagnostics we aim to get devices back to our customers the following day. If there is anything which could be causing a delay i.e. a lengthy data backup or transfer, delay in parts ordered, we will always let you know. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all card payments. All of our customers are invoiced once work has been completed. No payment fee is required upfront for the Diagnosis stage and will be invoiced at the end. The invoice will contain all the work carried out.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?

All of our parts are sourced from UK manufactures. If we order a part we will include all shipping details and provide a full warranty if there's any problems. In most cases we may repair parts a second time at no additional fee, in the  unlikely event that the fault is with the part itself. All of our parts ordered are of the highest quality and from respected manufacturers. 

WHAT IF THERE IS STILL AN ISSUE?

We encourage all of our customers to contact us straight away if there's any problems that re occur once work has been carried out. Typically we won't charge any fee as long as the devices have been brought back to us within the warranty period. Please see the terms and conditions page for further details.
